How are cohort course creators actually using AI?

I'm researching where AI helps and where it falls short for solo course creators. I'd love to hear about your experience -- no pitch, just a conversation.

I'm talking to cohort course creators -- people running live programs for 10 to 100 students -- about their experience with AI tools in their day-to-day workflow.

I'm Jack Ngai. By day I'm a solutions architect at a cybersecurity startup, where I use AI systems in my own workflow to stay ahead of a demanding sales motion without support staff.

On the side, I've spent the last year building a multi-agent AI platform for my own use -- scheduling, memory, content drafting, outreach, automation. I'm now trying to understand whether the problems I've solved for myself exist in a different form for solo course creators.

Multi-agent AI system running 5 daily scheduling rituals
AI-driven content categorization that gets smarter over time
Automated social listening and prospect tracking across communities
Human-in-the-loop approval gate for every AI-generated outbound message

I ask questions, you talk. I'm not pitching anything.

1 I ask about your workflow -- what you actually do after a cohort ends, where you spend time, what feels like a grind.
2 I ask about AI -- what you've tried, what worked, what didn't, what you gave up on.
3 That's it. After I've talked to enough people, I'll send you a summary of patterns -- what everyone's struggling with and what's actually working.
